Remote Call and Firmware Over-the-Air Systems From LG

South Korean vendors "LG Electronics" released a software upgrade that lets them repair staff have remote access to the smartphone LG Application called the system of long distance calls and Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) has been tested in South Korea, and expand the availability to use the LG smartphone users around the world. If necessary, they can also remotely diagnose the damage to your smartphone.

With this service, 3G smartphone users no longer have to visit the LG Customer Information Center in the event of problems on their devices.

LG Remote Call service can be used in the Optimus mobile phones, including   LG Optimus 2X, LG Optimus Black and LG  Optimus 3D. Once users register for the service, LG repair staff can have access to a wireless smartphone users.

For security reasons,LG staff will have limited access . They may not have access to personal information, including email, messaging, photos, and so forth without the permission of the owner of the phone.
